REFUND POLICY
CONSULTING & PENTEST SERVICES
For penetration testing, security audits, consulting, and retainer services (including Website Pentest — Automated, Website Pentest — Full Manual, Lite AI Pentest, Full AI Agent Pentest, AI Red Team, Security Retainer, Code Security Review, Crypto Security Audit, and AI Security Consulting), the following refund policy applies:
- Before work begins — Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- After work has commenced — No refund for work already completed
- Cancellation within 5 business days of start date — 25% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellation within 24 hours of start date — 50% cancellation fee applies
- After report delivery — No refunds
- Retainer clients — May cancel with 30 days written notice. Unused retainer months are refundable.
Deposits
For engagements over $2,000, a 50% deposit is required. Deposits become non-refundable once testing has begun.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR CANCELLATION

Please include:
- Your name and engagement reference
- The service booked
- Scheduled start date (if applicable)

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
⚠️ NO REFUND AFTER DELIVERY
Once the pentest report or audit findings have been delivered, no refunds are available. The work has been performed and the deliverable provided. If you have concerns about the quality of work, please contact me directly to discuss.
🛡️ PROFESSIONAL GUARANTEE
Security audits and pentesting services are performed personally by Pedro Jose, a certified professional with 10+ years of experience, 22+ certifications, and a dedicated pentest environment. I stand behind my work. If you believe something was missed, contact me within 30 days of report delivery and I will review it at no additional charge.
However, no security assessment can guarantee 100% protection against all vulnerabilities. Security is a continuous process, not a one-time event.
DISPUTES
If you believe a refund is warranted outside these terms, please contact me directly. I take client satisfaction seriously and will work to resolve any legitimate concerns. Unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands and resolved in Amsterdam courts.
